Ce reprezintă asigurarea RCA?

Asigurarea RCA este asigurarea de răspundere civilă auto a deţinătorilor de autovehicule şi este o asigurare obligatorie pentru toţi posesorii de autovehicule din Republica Moldova. Obiect a asigurării obligatorii de răspundere civilă auto (RCA) îl constituie răspunderea civilă a posesorului de autovehicul pentru orice pagubă sau vătămare coprorală produsă prin accident care au loc pe teritoriul Republicii Moldova.
