1 Какова лимит компенсации по полисам ОСАГО?

Страховая компенсация будет установлена в пределах ответственности страховщика, которая составляет 1 млн лей за повреждение или уничтожение имущества и 1 млн лей на каждое пострадавшее лицо в случае телесных повреждений или смерти, но не более 5 млн лей, независимо от количества пострадавших в дорожно-транспортном происшествии.

2 В каких случаях можно получить скидки на страховку ОСАГО? И какова их величина?
Вы можете получить скидки в следующих случаях: 25% для пенсионеров и лиц с нарушениями опорно-двигательного аппарата или с инвалидностью; 60% для лиц, работающих в сфере международных грузовых и пассажирских перевозок, зарегистрированных в системе TIR-Carnet и Inter-BUS, но только в случае, если международные перевозчики предоставят доказательства наличия полиса страхования "Зеленая карта" для зоны III (Европа) на срок 12 месяцев; От 5% до 50% в рамках системы бонус-малус для лиц, которые заключили полис ОСАГО в предыдущие годы и не были вовлечены в дорожно-транспортные происшествия.
3 Какие документы необходимо предоставить для заключения контракта страхования ОСАГО?

  • В зависимости от случая, документы, подтверждающие право собственности на транспортное средство (доверенность, договор аренды, договор лизинга и т.д.).
4 Что представляет собой страхование ОСАГО?
Страхование ОСАГО - это страхование гражданской ответственности владельцев транспортных средств, и оно является обязательным для всех владельцев автомобилей в Республике Молдова. Объектом обязательного страхования гражданской ответственности автотранспортных средств (ОСАГО) является гражданская ответственность владельца транспортного средства за любой ущерб или телесные повреждения, причинённые в результате аварии, произошедшей на территории Республики Молдова.
5 Действительна ли электронная страховка?

Да. Электронные полисы действительны и законны. Действительность ОСАГО и "Зеленой карты" можно проверить на сайте cnpf.md. Если договор обязательного страхования гражданской ответственности владельцев транспортных средств заключен любым электронным способом и лицо не заключило его с помощью электронной подписи, считается, что, уплатив страховую премию, застрахованное лицо выразило свое согласие на заключение договора.
